We require a minimum of 24-hours notice with any scheduling changes. Appointment deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your treatment cost. Appointment deposits are 100% transferable to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24-hours notice. No Shows or cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charged the full cost of the treatment to the card on file.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you have 30-days from your original appointment date to reschedule & complete the treatment(s) included in this special offer. After 30-days this treatment offer is invalid.
